Sandvik is a global leader in mining equipment and services, offering opportunities for professional growth within a strong corporate culture. This high-profile role is based in Freeport, Papua, and involves leading and developing the Product Support and Technical Advisor team.
The TSM is responsible for maintaining the customer's fleet of underground mining equipment, including Jumbo’s, Solo’s, and Cabolter’s, ensuring they remain in a fit-for-purpose state. The role requires managing resources to execute safe and efficient maintenance, achieving contract KPIs, and providing a vital link between the sales organization and the product line while adhering to strict environmental, health, and safety guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Motivated individual
- Ability to work in accordance with Sandvik Mining Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines
- Knowledge of Indonesian Standards and Regulations
- Ability to follow site-specific rules and regulations
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop the Product Support and Technical Advisor team
- Maintain customer fleet of underground mining equipment (Jumbo’s, Solo’s, Cabolter’s)
- Ensure optimum use of resources for safe and efficient maintenance
- Achieve contract KPIs by guiding technical staff through preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Manage and maintain projects within the service contract scope
- Provide a link between the Sales organization and the Product line
- Manage a support team to provide first-class post-sales support
- Research technical questions using internal resources
- Set clear objectives and evaluate progress
- Instill a high-performance culture focused on teamwork and service excellence
- Ensure working practices are well-defined and operational with minimal disruption
