Luxfeline Global Technology, located in Pluit, North Jakarta, is a company specializing in digital media and marketplace operations. They are currently seeking a highly experienced TSP Manager to lead their marketplace and live streaming division for TikTok Shop and Shopee.
In this role, you will lead, develop, and supervise the entire TSP team, including operations, hosts, creatives, and customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing marketplace accounts, managing livestream teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring monthly sales targets are consistently met. This position requires strong leadership, analytical capability, and experience in agency or digital media environments where performance, speed, and cross-team coordination are critical.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, develop, and supervise the entire TSP team (operations, hosts, creatives, CS, etc.)
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews with structured feedback
- Manage team discipline, resolve internal conflict, and maintain a productive team culture
- Create daily and weekly task lists, project timelines, and clear deliverables
- Oversee daily operations on TikTok Shop and Shopee
- Coordinate directly with RMs/AMs from both platforms
- Monitor store metrics (conversion, CTR, GMV, ads performance, seller ratings)
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns, promotions, and product uploads
- Coordinate daily briefings with the livestream host team
- Review product performance, campaign requirements, and script/gimmick strategies
- Ensure livestream sessions are aligned with sales targets and brand requirements
- Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Content, Creative, and KOL/Affiliate teams
