Lead HoReCa category growth by developing product strategies, supplier partnerships, and profitable assortments that drive business success.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Category Management, Procurement, Buying, Merchandising, or Commercial roles
- Minimum 2 years handling HoReCa products or B2B foodservice business
- Experience in FMCG retail, food distribution, wholesale, cash & carry, foodservice distributors, or HoReCa suppliers is highly preferred
- Proven experience managing supplier relationships and commercial negotiations
- Placement : Lippo Karawaci
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with Tokomama's HoReCa business objectives
- Build competitive product assortments tailored to the needs of HoReCa customers
- Optimize assortment based on customer demand, profitability, and sales performance
- Introduce new and innovative products relevant to HoReCa market needs
- Recommend pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability
- Identify opportunities to increase basket size and cross-category sales
