FINNS World's Best Beach Club is a premier destination in Bali known for its exhilarating entertainment and vibrant atmosphere. The Travel Agency Manager will oversee the daily operations of the agency, managing staff, vendor relationships, and the end-to-end client experience for a wide range of travel services including transportation, luxury accommodations, and VIP experiences. The role requires a strategic leader to handle logistics, negotiate contracts with hotels and operators, and drive revenue through package customization. The manager will be responsible for budgeting, margin tracking, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for luxury and high-value clients, while also leading the team of guides and internal staff.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate transportation logistics and luxury trip planning; Manage Airport VIP services including fast-track and meet & greet; Partner with hotels and negotiate contracts; Oversee vendor coordination for activities like ATV, tours, and sports; Create booking packages and manage pricing/margins; Handle VIP client relationships and service recovery; Supervise guides, drivers, and internal staff.
Kualifikasi: 5+ years of experience in travel management, luxury travel operations, or Destination Management Company (DMC) operations; At least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
