Perusahaan mencari profesional berpengalaman untuk posisi Training & Development Supervisor yang bertanggung jawab dalam merancang, mengembangkan, dan mengeksekusi program pembelajaran serta pengembangan karyawan guna mendukung pertumbuhan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pembuatan dan eksekusi strategi serta program pembelajaran, mengevaluasi kebutuhan pengembangan individu dan organisasi, menerapkan berbagai metode pembelajaran secara menyeluruh seperti coaching dan online training, mendesain kursus e-learning dan workshop, menilai keberhasilan rencana pengembangan, membantu manajer dalam pengembangan jalur karier tim, serta mengelola proyek dan anggaran pelatihan dengan efektif.
Tanggung jawab: Create and execute learning strategies and programs; Evaluate individual and organizational development needs; Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training); Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings; Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities; Help managers develop their team members through career pathing; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, business, or a related field; Proven experience of an 3-4 years as L&D supervisor or similar; Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods; Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices; Experience in project management and budgeting; Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS); Excellent communication and negotiation skills sharp business acumen; Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
