About the role PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima (IMPERIAL GROUP) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer Staff to join our Human Resources and Recruitment division, specialising in Training & Development. This is a full-time position based in Palmerah, Jakarta Raya . As Trainer Staff, you will play a pivotal role in developing our workforce by designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes that enhance employee skills, knowledge and performance. This position is essential to our organisational success, directly contributing to talent development, employee engagement and the achievement of our strategic business objectives. Key responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive training programmes tailored to meet organisational needs and individual employee development requirements Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions utilising a variety of instructional methods and multimedia resources Assess training effectiveness through evaluation tools, feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement Identify training needs through consultation with department managers and analysis of employee performance
