The Food & Beverage Captain is responsible for coordinating service activities and ensuring that guests receive excellent service. This role involves supervising the service team, maintaining high standards of presentation and professionalism, and ensuring that all F&B operations run smoothly. The Captain plays a key role in creating a pleasant dining experience through effective communication and a proactive work attitude.
