About the role We are seeking a talented Compensation & Benefit Staff to join our growing team in Pal Merah, Jakarta Raya. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our workers' compensation operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional support to our employees and stakeholders. This role is integral to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our compensation and benefits function, directly contributing to the success of our organisation. Key responsibilities Administer and manage workers' compensation claims processing and benefit disbursements in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements Maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits data, ensuring all documentation is organised and accessible Liaise with employees, employers, and healthcare providers to resolve compensation-related inquiries and issues Prepare reports on compensation metrics, claims statistics, and benefit utilisation for management review Ensure compliance with relevant Indonesian labour laws and insurance regulations related to workers' compensation Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures Process payroll-related compensation items and coordinate with the payroll department Support the resolution of disputes and appeals related to compensation claims
