Traffic Manager (Logistics & Shipping)

In Indonesia our facilities are invested in Surakarta, Jawa Tengah, where we are seeking to enhance our production and sourcing base, in Java and greater Indonesia. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Traffic Manager to support and coordinate export and domestic shipment activities. This role is essential in ensuring on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and effective communication with internal departments and logistics partners. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily import, export and domestic shipment activities. • Coordinate shipment operations across ASEAN Region including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and India. • Prepare and verify shipping documents, customs declarations, and export documentation. • Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Merchandising, Warehouse, and Finance departments. • Monitor shipment (both Material & finish good) schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers. • Follow up with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics providers regarding shipment status. • Proactively communicate and intervene with freight forwarders when necessary to support faster and more efficient shipment arrangements. • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company requirements. • Maintain shipment records and prepare logistics reports. • Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and shipment processes.

Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of continuous working experience in a one company handling shipment, export-import, or logistics operations. • Experience in garment manufacturing is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures. • Familiar with CIESA 4.0 (Indonesia Customs System). • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Able to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines. • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
