About the role Travelingeropa group is seeking an experienced Tour Travel Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to take a strategic leadership role in managing and optimising our tour and travel operations. As Tour Travel Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our business, overseeing the seamless execution of tour packages, coordinating with suppliers, managing logistics, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. This role is crucial to our company's success, as you will be responsible for streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and maintaining the high standards that define the Travelingeropa group brand. Key responsibilities Oversee all aspects of tour operations, including itinerary planning, scheduling, and coordination of travel logistics Manage relationships with tour operators, hotels, transportation providers, and other key suppliers to ensure quality service delivery Monitor and optimise operational costs whilst maintaining service excellence and customer satisfaction Develop and implement operational procedures, systems, and policies to improve efficiency and consistency across all tour products Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure tour packages meet customer expectations and are delivered on
