Posisi Restaurant Manager bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengawasi operasional harian restoran, mulai dari penjadwalan staf, manajemen tim, hingga memastikan standar pelayanan pelanggan yang prima. Manajer harus menjaga kualitas makanan, presentasi, dan kebersihan sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan dan standar industri. Selain aspek operasional, peran ini mencakup pengendalian inventaris, hubungan dengan pemasok, serta pemantauan kinerja keuangan seperti target pendapatan dan profitabilitas. Manajer juga berperan dalam mengembangkan inisiatif pemasaran, menangani keluhan pelanggan, serta membimbing staf untuk menciptakan budaya kerja yang positif.
