Perusahaan mencari Testing Engineer (Power Transformer) untuk bergabung dengan tim engineering di Tangerang, Banten. Posisi penuh waktu ini memegang peranan penting dalam menjamin kualitas, keandalan, serta keselamatan produk transformator daya melalui pelaksanaan prosedur pengujian komprehensif dan penjaminan mutu secara langsung.
Tanggung jawab: Perform and monitor electrical testing of Power Transformer in accordance with approved test procedures and standards; Conduct testing such as Winding Resistance, Insulation Resistance, Ratio Test (TTR), No-Load/Loss Test, Load/Loss Test, and other routine, type and special tests; Ensure testing activities comply with IEC, IEEE, SPLN, and customer specifications; Prepare and verify test reports, inspection records, and testing documentation; Analyze test results and identify abnormalities or deviations; Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and QA/QC teams regarding testing results and corrective actions; Ensure testing equipment is properly used, maintained, and calibrated; Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and customer/third-party inspections when required.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3/S1 Electrical Engineering, preferably with experience in Power Transformer / High Voltage / Electrical Testing; Minimum 5 years of experience in QC Testing, preferably in Power Transformer manufacturing or electrical equipment manufacturing; Good knowledge of transformer testing, electrical measurement, and testing equipment; Familiar with IEC, IEEE standards, SPLN, and customer testing requirements; Able to read electrical drawings, test procedures, and technical specifications; Good analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and reporting skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Able to work independently and as part of a team; Willing to work in manufacturing/testing environment in Tangerang; Experience with Power Transformer up to 275 kV / 30–100 MVA; Experience handling FAT, customer inspection, or third-party inspection; Familiar with High Voltage Testing and relevant safety procedures; Submit CV, cover letter, and relevant certifications.
