PT Kruger Ventilation Indonesia adalah produsen terkemuka yang berlokasi di area Tangerang, Banten. Kami mencari Factory Manager Assistant yang berpengalaman untuk bergabung dalam tim kami. Dalam peran full-time ini, Anda akan membantu Factory Manager dalam merencanakan, mengorganisir, dan mengarahkan seluruh aktivitas manufaktur untuk mencapai target produksi dan standar kualitas. Tanggung jawab mencakup pemantauan jadwal produksi, manajemen inventaris, optimalisasi alur kerja, pemeliharaan peralatan, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi kesehatan, keselamatan, dan lingkungan.
Tanggung jawab: Assisting the Factory Manager in planning, organising and directing all manufacturing activities to meet production targets and quality standards; Monitoring production schedules, inventory levels and equipment performance to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks; Collaborating with department heads to optimise workflows, implement process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement; Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all manufacturing equipment, facilities and infrastructure; Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations; Providing mentorship and training to production team members to develop their skills and capabilities; Generating detailed reports on production metrics, costs and performance for senior management review.
