This role involves making phone calls to introduce and advise customers on services based on marketing-provided data lists. The Telesale representative is responsible for exploring customer needs, providing phone-based customer service, and executing sales programs according to the Sales department's business plan.
Tanggung jawab: Make phone calls to introduce and advise customers on services according to the marketing-provided data list; Explore and understand customer needs and provide phone-based customer service; Execute sales programs according to the Sales department's business plan; Build strong relationships and persuade customers to use our services; Take responsibility for and ensure achievement of KPIs; Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
