Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by dealers, support warranty claim reviews, and help monitor product quality
Tanggung jawab: Provide technical guidance to dealers and service centers regarding product troubleshooting and issue resolution; Analyze technical reports from dealers to identify recurring issues and coordinate with R&D or manufacturing teams for improvement; Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to address quality concerns and improve product performance; Support new product launches by preparing technical documentation and conducting pre-launch evaluations; Provide feedback to the product development team based on field data and customer experiences.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 2-4 years of experience in EV aftersales service, technical support or quality control within the automotive industry; Strong problem solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail; Willing to travel to dealers nation wide; Proficiency in English, both speaking and writting. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus; Able to work within a team.
