Technician & Workshop Supervisor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Generator Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our generator systems. This role is critical in overseeing maintenance operations, enhancing performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Performs skilled work of significant complexity and considerable difficulty in the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of permanent and portable generators and equipment associated with generators and emergency power operations.

Will supervise and lead the planning, organizing, and directing of the comprehensive maintenance program associated with all emergency power systems. Will lead, train and mentor other workers as assigned. Will supervise/ direct activities of the assigned Generator Maintenance Electrical Technician. Work is performed independently and reports directly to the Manager JOB DETAILS

Observes, tests, load bank tests and inspects generator equipment and systems for proper operation. Performs advanced industrial maintenance activities without supervision. Understand the preventive maintenance and overhaul of genset.

Inspections, repairs, services and start-up load bank test requirements on equipment. Troubleshooting equipment and servicing generator components including alternators, wiring harnesses safety devices, shutdown switches, and battery systems. Arrange the schedule of team

Complies with all working procedures, quality control procedures and rules; Complies with all company safety, health and environmental policies to ensure a safe work environment. Must be able to handle high pressure circumstances.
