Location: Cikarang, Indonesia Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled to lead and manage all IT operations in our company. This role will oversee IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, enforce IT policies, and provide support across all departments. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership, communication, and technical skills who can collaborate effectively with both local and corporate IT teams. Key Responsibilities:Lead, coordinate, and manage all IT-related operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality. Provide technical support and administration for all IT equipment, systems, and services.Manage and update local IT inventories and assets. Coordinate with the corporate IT team on global systems, helpdesk services (Level 1), and shared tools. Enforce IT policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure technology supports business goals. Handle critical IT issues effectively, both during and outside regular business hours. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology or a related field. Proven experience in IT support, system administration, and network configuration. Strong skills in hardware/software troubleshooting and technical support.
