Supervise daily operation and maintenance of data center facility systems, including UPS, generators, HVAC/CRAH, BMS, and fire protection systems. Lead preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities to ensure maximum uptime and reliability. Supervise engineers and vendors to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with approved procedures. Prepare and review maintenance documentation, reports, MOPs, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and vendors to minimize operational impact during maintenance activities. Identify opportunities for operational improvement, reliability enhancement, and cost optimization. Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, critical facilities, data center, building services, or industrial environments. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Ability to troubleshoot facility-related issues and respond effectively during incidents. Experience supervising technicians, contractors, or vendors is preferred.
