Tanggung Jawab

• Troubleshoot errors in tooling, measuring equipment and machinery
• Replace machinery parts
• Conduct training, installation and commissioning of products sold
• Provide technical support to the end users
• Support sales and marketing initiatives with technical know-how
• Support company activities such as exhibitions, seminars, etc
• Other relevant duties assigned
• Write service report after each activity
• Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience
• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / or Equivalent
• Familiarity with CNC/Manual Lathe, Milling, Drilling machine will be an advantage
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willing to travel abroad/out of town
• Good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of a third language will be an advantage
• Problem solving skills for technical and application issues
• Perform periodic equipment maintenance to ensure the equipment remains in good working condition
