Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Material Planning, or Resource Planning
• Prior experience in a multinational FMCG company is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in forecasting and demand planning processes
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and demand drivers
• Create and refine statistical forecasting models, monitor forecast accuracy, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align forecasts, review assumptions, and build consensus demand plans
• Facilitate the Demand Planning and S&OP processes, including risk identification, issue escalation, and stakeholder communication
• Translate demand forecasts into actionable insights for Production Planning, Distribution Planning, and inventory management
• Review promotional activities, budget updates, and customer plans to ensure forecasts reflect the latest business conditions
• Prepare and maintain demand planning reports, dashboards, and forecasting data within the Demand Planning system
• Monitor forecast performance, market intelligence, and competitive insights to drive continuous process improvement
• Support operational excellence initiatives and manage departmental budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives
