Posisi Technical Engineer ini berfokus pada pengelolaan proyek HVAC, koordinasi dukungan teknis, serta pemantauan kemajuan proyek secara keseluruhan. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dalam bahasa Mandarin untuk mendukung diskusi teknis harian. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup alokasi tugas berdasarkan prioritas proyek, pengumpulan data KPI tim, serta menjadi jembatan komunikasi antara kantor pusat, cabang, tim penjualan, dan klien. Selain itu, engineer bertanggung jawab dalam penerjemahan dan peninjauan dokumen teknis.
Tanggung jawab: Project Management: Record projects, track progress, and follow up on pending issues; Task Allocation: Assign tasks based on project priorities, team capabilities, and workloads. Coordinate technical support between Head Office and branches; KPI Collection: Collect monthly KPI files from team members; Communication: Coordinate with Sales, Product, After-Sales, customers, consultants, and partners when needed; Translation: Translate and review technical documents in Chinese, English (tentative), and Indonesian.
Kualifikasi: Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese (is a must), with the ability to communicate effectively in Chinese for daily work and technical discussions; Learning and Adaptability: Eager to learn and able to quickly grasp product knowledge and work procedures. Willing to accept guidance and continuously improve professional skills.
