Technical Capacity Manager (Data Center Solutions) bertanggung jawab dalam perencanaan kapasitas strategis dan mobilisasi kontrak baru di seluruh Indonesia. Peran ini bertindak sebagai titik koordinasi pusat untuk memastikan pertumbuhan bisnis selaras dengan kemampuan pengiriman operasional, serta mengidentifikasi kendala kapasitas dan mengembangkan strategi mitigasi. Tanggung jawab mencakup memimpin aktivitas mobilisasi untuk proyek baru, berkoordinasi dengan berbagai departemen seperti Operasi, Layanan Teknis, QHSE, HR, Pengadaan, dan Keuangan. Selain itu, posisi ini mendukung proses pengembangan bisnis dan tender melalui pemodelan kapasitas, strategi mobilisasi, serta penilaian skalabilitas untuk memastikan proposal yang diajukan layak secara operasional.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage capacity planning across Indonesia; Develop and maintain forward-looking resource, capability, and mobilization plans aligned with the business growth pipeline; Act as the central coordination point to ensure business growth remains aligned with operational delivery capability; Identify capacity constraints and proactively develop mitigation strategies; Own and lead mobilization activities for new business wins; Coordinate mobilization activities across Operations, Technical Services, QHSE, HR, Procurement, and Finance teams; Conduct post-mobilization reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives; Support Business Development and tender processes through capacity modeling, mobilization strategies, and scalability assessments; Ensure proposals are operationally viable and aligned with delivery capabilities; Participate in client presentations, bid reviews, and tender clarification meetings as required; Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Indonesia and the wider APAC DCS organization.
