The Tax Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Group Finance Director by overseeing tax operations across Indonesia. This position involves working closely with the ROW Finance Manager to align processes, manage tax compliance, develop tax policies, and handle transfer pricing reviews. Additionally, the role includes applying for relevant tax facilities and representing the company in tax litigation matters when necessary.
Tanggung jawab: Full responsibility for tax compliance, including employee tax, corporation tax, withholding tax and VAT; Preparing supporting documents for Tax Audit; Management of Tax assistant; Involvement in improvements to internal processes and improving efficiencies within the team; Working with the compliance manager to ensure full tax compliance; Support Motel's sustainability initiatives by considering how our practices can improve, actively working in line with the sustainability journey of the business; This list is not exhaustive and other duties may be required, according to the needs of the business.
Kualifikasi: 5 years of experience in a similar role.
