AYANA BALI mengundang profesional yang proaktif dan berorientasi pada detail untuk bergabung sebagai HSE Officer. Posisi ini berdedikasi untuk mendukung operasional Kesehatan, Keselamatan, dan Lingkungan (HSE) di area resor, serta mempromosikan lingkungan kerja yang aman, patuh terhadap regulasi, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap kelestarian lingkungan. Tanggung jawab harian mencakup pemantauan aktivitas HSE, pelaksanaan inspeksi keselamatan dan lingkungan secara berkala, pengelolaan limbah, serta penanganan asesmen risiko dan investigasi insiden. HSE Officer juga berperan dalam mendukung program tanggap darurat, pelatihan keselamatan kerja, serta pemeliharaan dokumentasi dan audit kepatuhan sesuai dengan standar perusahaan dan regulasi yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Support daily Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) operations across the property.; Assist in ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards.; Conduct regular safety and environmental inspections across the property and report identified hazards or non-compliance.; Assist with risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.; Monitor daily waste management operations and environmental practices across the property.; Support fire & life safety, emergency response, and business continuity programs.; Assist in monitoring environmental performance, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory compliance.; Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, inspection checklists, and documentation.; Assist with HSE audits, inspections, certification processes, and regulatory requirements.; Support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.; Assist in conducting HSE training, safety awareness programs, and toolbox meetings.; Collaborate with department teams to promote a strong safety and environmental culture..
