Oversee and manage the company's accounting and taxation activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, account reconciliations, tax calculations, and tax reports. Manage tax compliance processes, including tax reporting, tax payments, and support during tax audits.
Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records. Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, consultants, and relevant internal departments regarding accounting and taxation matters. Monitor and strengthen internal controls, identify financial and tax risks, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Lead, supervise, and develop the Tax & Accounting team to achieve departmental objectives and performance targets. Monitor changes in accounting standards and tax regulations and provide recommendations to management regarding their impact on the business.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and Taxation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
- Experienced in handling tax reporting, tax audits, financial closing, account reconciliation, and supporting internal and external audit processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify financial and tax risks and provide practical solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
- Experience in the mining industry, particularly nickel mining, or other natural resources industries, will be an advantage.
