Perusahaan manufaktur yang mengkhususkan diri di sektor Pharmaceuticals dan Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) ini membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk memimpin fungsi keuangan. Peran Finance & Accounting Department Head sangat vital dalam merencanakan, mengarahkan, dan mengendalikan seluruh fungsi keuangan dan akuntansi perusahaan afiliasi agar tercapai efektivitas operasional yang optimal. Kandidat terpilih akan mengelola pelaporan keuangan, arus kas, penganggaran, perpajakan, treasury, serta piutang dan utang usaha (AR/AP). Posisi ini juga bertindak sebagai mitra strategis bagi manajemen dalam mendukung pencapaian target bisnis, memastikan kepatuhan standar akuntansi (PSAK/IFRS), serta menjaga pengendalian internal dan manajemen risiko secara menyeluruh.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, direct, and control the overall Finance & Accounting functions for the sister company to ensure operational effectiveness; Manage financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and oversee taxation, treasury, as well as AR/AP; Ensure effective internal controls, risk management, and compliance with audit requirements, corporate policies, and governance standards (PSAK/IFRS); Act as a strategic business partner to support the achievement of business targets, profitability, and long-term corporate sustainability.
Kualifikasi: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Financial Management, or Business Administration; Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as a Finance & Accounting Department Head, ideally within a multi-entity company, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or distribution sector; Possess Tax Brevet A/B/C certification. CA/CPA/CMA/CFA; Comprehensive understanding of Financial Accounting & Reporting, FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting, Cash Flow & Working Capital, Costing & Inventory, and Financial Analysis & Modelling; Strong knowledge of Internal Control, Risk Management, Audit & Compliance, and Business Case/Investment Analysis; Proficient in ERP systems and Advanced Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools is an added value; Demonstrated strong leadership, complex problem-solving, solid decision-making capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
