Job placement: Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all levels, including strategic, critical, and leadership roles.

Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines through digital sourcing, market mapping, and recruitment platforms. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver effective hiring solutions and workforce planning. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to continuously improve hiring strategies and processes.

Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that strengthen our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and attract top talent. Drive employee experience through onboarding, engagement programs, learning & development initiatives, and culture-building activities. Oversee general affairs related to the workplace environment to ensure a positive, safe, and productive employee experience.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Management, Business, Communication, Social Sciences, preferably Psychology. A people person with minimum 3 years of experience as recruiter / talent acquisition.
