The company is looking for an IT Business and System Analyst to serve as a Project Analyst. This role requires expertise in both information technology and business administration to enhance the quality of IT products and services. The analyst will act as a communication link between the IT department and the executive branch. Responsibilities include analyzing data to inform business decisions, finding solutions to business needs, and supporting the Project Manager in project coordination, planning, and control. The role involves analyzing technical systems and business models to ensure project management standards are implemented.
Tanggung jawab: Liaising between the IT department and the executive branch; Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth; Enhancing the quality of IT products and services; Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models; Utilizing project management methods to support the Project Manager and Project Team in the co-ordination, planning and control of the project.
Kualifikasi: Degree in computer science, or related field; 3+ years in an IT Project Support, Business Analyst, or System Analyst; Excellent problem-solving skills; Analytical mindset; Exceptional interpersonal skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Attention to detail; Excellent documentation skills (ability to create FSD, BRD, Flowchart, use case diagram, etc); Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills; Able to work under pressure; Having knowledge about Project management.
