Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Job Description : Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview, offering).
Source candidates through various channels, including campus hiring initiatives. Screen candidates based on qualifications, including educational background from reputable universities. Support general HR functions such as onboarding, employee administration, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower needs. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee training and development programs. Coordinate training schedules, manage participant data, and ensure proper documentation of training activities.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide administrative support for people development initiatives.
