Posisi Talent Acquisition Internship terbuka bagi lulusan baru sarjana maupun mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang tidak memiliki sisa jadwal kuliah. Peran ini memberikan kesempatan berharga untuk terlibat dalam proses rekrutmen dan pengelolaan data SDM di lingkungan kerja yang dinamis, serta mendukung pengembangan diri Anda dalam bidang rekrutmen profesional.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree graduate or final-year student with no remaining classes; Previous internship experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is a plus (not mandatory); Comfortable working with and processing data; Good and effective communication skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Willing to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
