PT Prasetia Qube Wellness is seeking a strategic leader to oversee its end-to-end supply chain operations. The SCM Manager will be responsible for planning and executing logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution strategies. This role involves developing long-term supply chain plans to support company growth, optimizing operational costs, and leading a team to achieve high performance. The manager will utilize data-driven insights to improve KPIs and ensure the efficiency of the entire supply chain ecosystem.
Tanggung jawab: Lead end-to-end Supply Chain operations, including import planning, logistics, warehouse, inventory, and distribution; Develop strategic supply chain plans to support the company's growth over the next 2–5 years; Ensure warehouse operations run efficiently, with accurate inventory control and optimized storage; Monitor and improve Supply Chain KPIs, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness; Analyze operational data to support business decisions and continuous improvement; Lead, develop, and empower the Supply Chain team to achieve operational excellence.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field; Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Inventory Management; At least 2–3 years in a managerial position; Strong understanding of import processes, warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution; Experienced with ERP/WMS or Inventory Management Systems; Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
