Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin strategi rantai pasok dari hulu ke hilir guna mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan. Peran ini membutuhkan pemahaman mendalam tentang logistik dan manajemen vendor. Tugas utama meliputi pengembangan strategi rantai pasok, memimpin perencanaan permintaan (demand forecasting), mengelola hubungan dengan pemasok, serta mengawasi operasional gudang dan logistik. Anda juga akan memantau KPI rantai pasok dan melakukan perbaikan proses secara berkelanjutan.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with business growth targets; Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, and S&OP with Sales, Finance, and Operations; Manage procurement and supplier relationships, including negotiation, contracts, and performance evaluation; Oversee inventory and warehouse operations to ensure optimal stock levels and accurate records; Manage inbound and outbound logistics, 3PL partners, and distribution costs; Track supply chain KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy) and report insights to the CEO; Continuously improve processes, SOPs, and systems (ERP/WMS) to drive efficiency and cost savings.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field; More than 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or a related function; Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills; Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS and advanced Excel; Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; Fluent in English is a plus; Leadership or team management experience is a plus.
