Perusahaan mengelola pusat distribusi (DC) dan membutuhkan Warehouse Divisions Manager untuk memimpin operasional secara strategis dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap seluruh kebijakan perusahaan serta regulasi pergudangan dan distribusi yang berlaku. Peran ini mencakup perencanaan kapasitas gudang, pengelolaan anggaran, efisiensi biaya, serta pengembangan hubungan kerja sama dengan mitra penyedia layanan logistik.
Tanggung jawab: Strategically manage MAA DC in compliance with company’s policies and vision. To initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal DC operational policies, SOP’s & procedures, while adhering to warehousing, handling and distribution legislation requirements; Select, Design, evaluate, renew yearly contract with service partners with mark to market service & cost, and monitor DC performance & work with service partner to achieve >= KPI’s parameters; Maintain partner governance, relationship, period reviews – DC; Prepare annual budget for DC (forward & reverse logistics), and controlling DC cost within yearly budget, maintain cost-efficiency; Plan DC Capacity for inbound & outbound (Online & Offline order processing). Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization; Delivery new project rollout & completion, per target; Produce reports and statistics for management reporting, per defined periodicity; Coordinate regrouping logistic with Ops & Planning, delivery performance; Train & lead staff to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, compliance & integrity.
