About the role As a Supervisor of Purchasing & Inventory, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement and inventory processes for our manufacturing operations based in Purwakarta, West Java. This full-time position is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our products to our customers. What you'll be doing Overseeing the purchasing department, including managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies

Monitoring and optimising inventory levels to meet production demands while minimising excess stock Implementing and maintaining effective inventory management systems and procedures Analysing purchasing and inventory data to identify trends, optimise processes, and make data-driven decisions

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align procurement and inventory strategies with overall business objectives Supervising and training a team of purchasing and inventory specialists to drive continuous improvement What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a purchasing or inventory management role, preferably within the manufacturing FMCG industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively manage supplier relationships
