Supervisor of Finance Accounting Tax Job Purpose : The position plays a key role in supporting the Finance Department and organization through a period of growth in the scope and scale of the work, in response to company’ needs.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the postholder will assist senior staff in the daily management of the Finance Department, produce and develop financial reports and monitor delivery. The role is responsible for the supervision and development of the Finance Administrator. Amongst this, the role seeks skills of emerging leadership such as a desire to nurture and develop existing financial abilities, learning and improvement, effective communication, and the ability to inspire and motivate others you work with will be key strengths of the ideal candidate. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, treasury operations, and audit processes.

Experienced in preparing management accounts, tax calculations, payments, and statutory filings. Proficient in financial analysis, bank reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, and financial controls. Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and team development capabilities. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines. Good command of English, both written and spoken; Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
