This role is for a quality management professional tasked with taking corporate governance, quality systems, and continuous improvement to the next level. The Management Representative (MR) plays a key role in ensuring the effective implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) within the organization.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure the Quality Management System is properly implemented and maintained; Plan, coordinate, and evaluate periodic Internal Audits; Report QMS performance, findings, and improvement opportunities to Top Management; Serve as the primary liaison officer with external Certification Bodies.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field; preferably Engineering, Management, or related; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, QA, or QC; Valid ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification; Additional ISO certifications (ISO 14001 or ISO 45001) are a plus; Strong understanding of PDCA, business risk management, and document control; Strong leadership and tactical communication skills; Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented.
