Supervisor HR

About the role We are seeking an experienced Supervisor HR to join our dynamic team at PT Rejoso Manis Indo in Blitar, East Java. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the HR function for our organisation. Your expertise and leadership will be invaluable in ensuring our employees are supported and our HR processes are efficient and effective. What you'll be doing Overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations

Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

Coordinating and delivering training and development programs for employees Analysing HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values

What we're looking for At least 3 years of experience in a Supervisor HR or similar role within the Consulting & Generalist HR industry Thorough knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both employees and management Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools
