About the role We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Area to join our management team at our Bali property. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations across assigned areas of our hospitality establishment. As Supervisor Area, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining service standards, and leading your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is strategic in nature, bridging front-line operations with senior management objectives, and is based in Bali.

Key responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operations within your assigned area, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and maintain service excellence

Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback, conduct appraisals, and identify development opportunities Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, health and safety regulations, and standards OPERATIONAL Manage inventory, resources, and budgets for your designated area to optimise operational efficiency

Handle guest queries and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance standards, and operational readiness Report on key performance indicators and operational metrics to senior management
