Sebagai Store Supervisor di WineStop (Retail Alcohol), peran ini memegang andil krusial dalam memastikan kelancaran operasional di berbagai gerai sekaligus menghadirkan pengalaman pelanggan berkualitas tinggi yang sejalan dengan standar merek ritel alkohol kami. Anda akan memimpin kinerja toko, memperkuat kapabilitas tim, dan mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets, ensuring operational excellence and service consistency; Lead, coach, and develop store teams to achieve performance and service standards; Drive sales growth through execution of campaigns, in-store initiatives, and customer engagement; Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently maintained across all stores; Monitor and control inventory levels to support smooth operations and minimize waste; Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve store results; Support expansion and continuous improvement initiatives across outlets; Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with brand standards and business objectives; Manage budgeting, reporting, and operational planning processes; Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions with strong leadership and communication.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
