Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals
- Ensure that customers receive outstanding service and assistance
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Ensure that the store layout is visually appealing and products are well-presented
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on stock replenishment
- Assist in managing inventory, including stock replenishment and markdowns
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize inventory levels
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Contribute to the analysis of sales data and make recommendations for improvement
- Requirements:
- Proficient in English with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional work environment
- Holds a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in the retail industry is required; background in fashion retail is a strong plus
- Demonstrated experience in supervising and managing teams
- Hands-on experience conducting stock opname (inventory audits)
- Deep understanding and practical use of retail matrix systems and POS (Point of Sale) platforms
- Experience in Visual Merchandising is an added advantage
- Previous experience as a Cashier is preferred but not mandatory
