Posisi Store Manager di Medan ini menuntut kepemimpinan yang kuat untuk mengawasi seluruh operasional harian toko agar berfungsi dengan lancar dan efisien. Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam mengembangkan serta mengimplementasikan strategi bisnis guna mempromosikan toko, meningkatkan profitabilitas, serta mengelola aspek operasional secara menyeluruh. Selain memimpin tim sales assistant, Anda juga berperan dalam penanganan keluhan pelanggan secara profesional, penjadwalan shift kerja, pelaporan pendapatan penjualan bulanan, serta pelaksanaan stok opname secara berkala. Perusahaan mencari profesional berpengalaman di industri retail fashion yang memiliki orientasi pelayanan pelanggan tinggi serta pemahaman mendalam mengenai manajemen bisnis dasar.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee all daily operations of the shop to ensure smooth functioning; Develop and implement business strategies to promote the store and enhance profitability; Hire, train, and supervise Sales Assistants in customer service and product promotions; Address and resolve problems that may arise at the shop, handling all customer complaints professionally; Arrange and manage the shift schedule to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours; Prepare and present monthly sales revenue reports to management; Manage all aspects of store operations effectively and efficiently; Updating daily sales revenue in Ms. Excel; Perform stock inventory (stock opname) according to the given schedule to ensure accurate inventory levels; Maintain the store cleanliness and presentation at all times; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree required (S1); Proven experience in Fashion Retail industry for minimum of 3 years; Experienced as Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager for minimum of 2 years; Proficient in Ms. Office and Google Workspace; Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes; Strong leadership and customer management abilities; Placement: Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara.
