Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola operasional outlet Bakery & Coffee Shop secara menyeluruh. Anda akan berperan dalam merancang rencana bisnis, mencapai target penjualan, serta memastikan standar layanan pelanggan dan kualitas produk tetap konsisten. Peran ini mencakup manajemen keuangan (P&L, budgeting, cost control), koordinasi dengan tim produksi/chef, manajemen rantai pasok, serta pengembangan tim. Anda diharapkan mampu mengidentifikasi peluang pertumbuhan bisnis dan memastikan seluruh fasilitas operasional berjalan dengan optimal.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and execute business plans, departmental targets, and initiatives to achieve sales and profitability objectives; Take ownership of P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, and management reporting; Oversee outlet operations, ensuring consistent customer service, operational standards, and achievement of sales targets; Monitor food cost/HPP, labour costs, operating expenses, inventory accuracy, and waste; implement corrective actions when necessary; Coordinate with the chef responsible for bakery and production to align product availability, production planning, quality, and costing with business needs; Oversee purchasing, supplier negotiations, and supply-chain performance while maintaining approved raw-material specifications; Ensure effective stock planning, warehouse controls, and inventory transfers across production facilities and outlets; Maintain product quality, hygiene, food safety, and compliance with applicable business requirements; Lead department heads, establish clear KPIs, review performance, and support recruitment, training, and team development; Identify opportunities for business growth, including new outlets, sales channels, and B2B development; Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained to support reliable operations; Provide regular reports to management and shareholders covering financial performance, operations, risks, and improvement plans.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Finance, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field; At least 3–5 years of relevant F&B experience, with demonstrated management responsibility and readiness to take on a General Manager role; Candidates stepping into their first General Manager position, as well as recently appointed General Managers seeking a new assignment, are welcome to apply; Experience in bakery, café, restaurant, or retail F&B operations; experience managing multiple outlets is preferred; Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control; Good knowledge of food costing/HPP, inventory management, purchasing, and supply-chain operations; Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate departments, and drive accountability through KPIs; Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and management reporting; English proficiency is preferred; Willing to be based in or relocate to Medan.
Benefit: Monthly salary: IDR 17–20 million; Performance bonus opportunity equivalent to 3–4 months’ salary, subject to achievement of all required KPIs and company terms; BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan; Relocation support to be discussed during the recruitment process.
