STORE MANAGER F&B (DENPASAR - BALI)

As a Store Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the overall store operations, including leading and managing the store team. Your responsibilities include preparing work schedules, ensuring employee discipline, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. You will also be responsible for regularly verifying inventory records against the data in the system, implementing inventory control procedures to prevent discrepancies and minimize potential shrinkage. In addition, you are expected to deliver service that meets or exceeds customer expectations, fostering customer satisfaction and strengthening loyalty to the company's brand. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in the Food & Beverage industry, or 3 years as an Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor. Proven experience in managing daily store operations, sales performance, inventory, and operational costs. Strong leadership, team management, coaching, and communication skills.

Good understanding of inventory control, food safety, and shrinkage prevention. Customer-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Willing to work in shifts, on weekends/public holidays, and be placed across Indonesia.
