Store Manager Job Description As the Store Manager, you will be the heart of our daily operations. You will oversee store performance, manage the retail team, and ensure our premium orchids and customer service always meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day boutique operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising. Lead, train, and motivate the store staff (florists, cashiers, and care assistants).

Maintain optimal conditions for orchid health and display presentation. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and build strong relationships with walk-in VIP clients. Monitor sales targets, manage expenses, and prepare weekly/monthly retail reports.

Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in premium retail, boutique hospitality, or high-end floristry/gardening centers.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and cleanliness. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (retail shift schedule).
