Store Expansion & Operation Excellence Manager

Responsibility Store Excellence & Operating Model Management Own the end-to-end store excellence framework—from SOP design, standardization, implementation, and continuous improvement across all stores.

Drive people capability development through structured training, coaching, certification, and succession planning for Store Leaders and Supervisors. Retail Operations Audit & Compliance Lead operational audits and compliance reviews, diagnose root causes, enforce corrective actions, and monitor sustained improvements.

Analyze store performance dashboards (sales, traffic, conversion, labor cost, shrinkage, CX scores) and drive targeted interventions to boost productivity and experience. Store Process Improvement & Workflow Design Improve store processes by identifying bottlenecks, redesigning workflows, and piloting scalable initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer journey.

Expansion & Growth Technical Skills Identify, assess, and recommend new store locations using market intelligence, demographic data, competitor mapping, and feasibility/ROI analysis. Build full business cases for expansion—including investment cost, revenue projection, staffing plan, payback period, and risk assessment.

Project-manage new store openings by coordinating design, procurement, HR, training, IT, marketing, and operations until store handover. Ensure all new stores achieve operational readiness (people, process, system, compliance) and meet commercial performance targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Ops, and Marketing to ensure store excellence and expansion strategies are aligned, executable, and delivered with quality.
