Find Perfumery mencari individu yang antusias dan berorientasi pada pelanggan untuk bergabung sebagai Store Crew atau Shop Assistant di lokasi Tangerang, Banten. Posisi ini adalah peran full-time di mana Anda akan menjadi wajah dari brand kami. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan layanan pelanggan yang luar biasa, membantu pelanggan dalam memilih parfum sesuai kebutuhan, serta menjaga standar kebersihan dan kerapian toko. Selain itu, Anda akan terlibat dalam manajemen inventaris, pemrosesan transaksi di kasir, serta berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan staf untuk terus memperbarui pengetahuan produk dan promosi perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Greeting customers warmly and providing knowledgeable assistance with perfume selection based on individual preferences and needs; Operating the point-of-sale system accurately and processing cash and card transactions efficiently; Maintaining a clean, well-organised and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging product displays; Assisting with inventory management, including receiving stock, counting items and reporting discrepancies; Building positive relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business through excellent service and product recommendations; Following company policies and procedures, including opening and closing store routines; Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalating issues when necessary; Participating in staff training sessions and staying updated on new products, promotions and company initiatives.
