Staff Planning Production Control

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Planning Production Control (PPIC) to support production planning and inventory management activities within our manufacturing operations. This role will work closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales teams to ensure material availability, production schedule accuracy, and timely fulfillment of customer demand. Develop, prepare, and manage production schedules based on sales forecasts, weekly demand plans, and operational priorities to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.

Ensure the availability and readiness of raw materials and packaging materials (RMPM) in accordance with production schedules and operational requirements. Coordinate with relevant departments, including Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales, to support smooth production planning and material availability. Monitor production activities from the beginning to the end of the process to ensure execution is aligned with the approved production plan.

Track production progress and identify potential delays or issues that may impact production timelines, then follow up with the relevant teams to ensure timely resolution. Ensure production schedules are executed effectively while maintaining optimal utilization of available resources. Maintain accurate production planning records and provide regular updates regarding production status and schedule achievement.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance production planning efficiency and operational effectiveness.
