About the role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff HRD to join our team on a full-time basis in Bandung, West Java . In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the delivery of comprehensive human resources services and strategic initiatives across the organisation. You will work closely with senior HR leadership and operational teams to ensure that our people policies, practices and programmes are effectively implemented and aligned with business objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact on our workplace culture and employee experience whilst developing your expertise in generalist HR consulting.

Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process based on company needs. Handle HR administration, payroll processes (attendance, salary, and employee loans), and employee database management.

Develop and monitor employee KPIs. Create and improve SOPs and HR-related documents. Plan and execute employee training & development programs.

Manage employee relations and engagement initiatives. What we're looking for: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Strong understanding of recruitment, HR administration, KPI systems, and SOP development. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
