Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns and employment issues. Handle and follow up on employee complaints, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts in accordance with company policies. Support all activities related to visa, work permit, attendance management, and contract management
Manage and calculate employee attendance, overtime, leave, permits, and absenteeism accurately. Handle issues related to attendance systems, working hours, and leave administration. Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives such as employee events, internal activities, and culture programs.
Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, morale, and engagement levels. Manage internal communication related to HR programs and employee activities. Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
Provide administrative support for other HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management. Qualifications & Requirements Proficient in Mandarin and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles. Have working experience in managing HR for foreign workers/expatriate (especially in work permit for foreign workers)
