Minimum 1 year of experience handling heavy equipment rental, construction, or mining machinery spare parts. Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in any major or related fields. English proficiency is highly preferred (written & spoken). Good knowledge of heavy equipment parts catalogs and serial number validation. Experience sourcing parts and dealing with external suppliers. Proficient with MS Excel and Inventory software
Tanggung jawab: Update daily spare parts and inventory data in the system; Monitor minimum stock levels for oil, fluids, and fast-moving parts to prevent equipment downtime; Receive part requests from mechanics and verify Part/Serial Numbers using parts catalogs; Find suppliers, request quotes, and check item availability for fast breakdown recovery; Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and send them to the Purchasing team; Follow up with suppliers and purchasing to ensure parts arrive on schedule; Issue delivery order ( Surat Jalan ) for mechanics and all spare parts sent to customer sites for breakdown service; Inspect returned parts, replaced parts, and scrap ( limbah ) from site repairs, and log them back into the stock system; Confirm that delivered parts are correctly installed on rental units by field mechanics; Collaborate daily with Field Mechanics, Workshop Teams, Purchasing, and Finance; Assist in regular physical stock counts (stock opname) and maintain tidy warehouse records; Fleet Inventory & Stock Management:; Parts Requests & Sourcing:; Site Dispatch & Return Control (Surat Jalan):; Field Verification:; Teamwork & Admin:.
